United Kingdom SAMC 2025

The UK SAMC (Summit of Advanced Mathematical Competition) is an online mathematics event, which we have run annually since 2021. It is targetted at passionate students from across the country, and is excellent preparation for upcoming exams.

Anyone can partake, but we recommend it be sat by students aged 14 to 18 (years 10 through 14). Students who are older than 18 or not in university will not be able to win any top prizes, but will still be sent certificates.

Whilst achievable with knowledge of A Level maths alone, the questions are challenging and test a wide variety of skills - mainly your abilities to think logically and creatively. Give our featured past papers a try.

There are two rounds; students that achieve GOLD in Round 1 get free Round 2 entry.
